Yes. Puppies and young dogs are welcome up to 11 months. Older unneutered males are assessed individually. Females in heat (or within one month before/after) cannot be admitted.

Absolutely! Tours are available Monday–Saturday, 10:30–11:30 am (by appointment). We love showing you around our cage-free, luxury facilities.

Yes — around 30 on-site for staff supervision. We don’t offer live client webcams, as our cage-free dogs are constantly moving indoors and outdoors.
We work closely with two trusted Marbella vets and an emergency clinic 5 minutes away. For non-urgent cases, we always try to contact your preferred vet first.

Cancellations are flexible, except for holiday bookings (Dec 20–Jan 7), where deposits are non-refundable.

Kennel cough is a common respiratory infection (often Bordetella + viruses). Symptoms: dry cough, throat irritation. Prevention: vaccination. Treatment: usually mild, but may require vet-prescribed meds.
Dog flu is highly contagious. Symptoms include coughing, nasal discharge, lethargy, and fever. Prevention: vaccination. Treatment: supportive care.
